What is the Notice Board?

The Notice Board in lilTriangle is a centralized space for schools to share important information, announcements and updates with the right audience.

Schools can publish notices for a specific class or for the entire school, making communication simple and organized.

How to Use the Notice Board?

The Notice Board is available on Web, Android and iOS. The process remains the same across all platforms.

Share a Notice with a Specific Class

When a notice is relevant to a particular class:

  1. On the web, click Notice Board under All Modules.
  2. On the mobile apps, open Notice Board from the Profile section.
  3. Select the required Class.
  4. Click Add Notice.
  5. Enter the Title.
  6. Add the Description.
  7. Click Upload File if you want to attach a file.
  8. Select the required Recipients.
  9. Review the details.
  10. Click Save to publish the notice.

The notice will be shared with the selected audience.

Share a Notice with the Entire School

When the information is relevant to everyone:

  1. Open the Notice Board.
  2. Select School.
  3. Click Add Notice.
  4. Enter the Title.
  5. Add the Description.
  6. Click Upload File if required.
  7. Select the required Recipients.
  8. Click Save to publish the notice.

The notice will be shared with the intended school-wide audience.
