How to Use Visitor Posters

1. Navigate to the Visitors module and click on Posters.
2. Various poster designs will be available for selection.
3. Visitors can scan the QR code displayed on the poster to enter and submit their details.
4. The submitted visitor information will be recorded in the Visitor Management system.

Tip: Schools can print and display the visitor poster at the reception or entrance to make visitor registration quick and easy.
